Learn Environmental Science with a visual teacher

Ask "How does the greenhouse effect warm the planet?" and a 1:1 AI teacher plans the lesson, explains it out loud while it visualizes each step, and checks you got it, in 26 languages.

The subject

What is Environmental Science?

Environmental Science is the study of how natural systems work and how human activity changes them. Studying it means learning about ecosystems, energy flow and nutrient cycles, biodiversity, pollution of air, water and soil, climate change and renewable energy, and the policies and choices that can reduce harm. It draws on biology, chemistry, geography and economics, and it is one of the most relevant subjects for the century ahead.

Where it is studied: Middle school science, senior secondary environmental science courses, undergraduate environmental studies and general studies papers in civil service exams.

Why pictures

Why Environmental Science is taught visually

Environmental processes are cycles and flows: the carbon cycle, the nitrogen cycle, an energy pyramid, a food web, the greenhouse effect as radiation arrows, a watershed cross-section. Drawing the arrows of energy in and out of the atmosphere makes warming a mechanism rather than a slogan.

The tutor draws the picture as it speaks, one idea at a time, and answers your doubt on the same picture when you interrupt.

Topics

What Environmental Science covers, topic by topic

  • Ecosystems
  • Food chains and webs
  • Biogeochemical cycles
  • Climate change
  • Air and water pollution
  • Renewable energy
  • Waste management
  • Environmental policy

A starting point, not a limit: name any topic in Environmental Science and the tutor plans it.

Exams and curricula

Environmental Science for every exam

  • AP Environmental Science
  • IB
  • IGCSE
  • CBSE
  • UPSC
  • University

Each lesson is pitched to the curriculum you follow, and you can upload past papers so the practice matches the exam.

Ask it anything

Questions learners ask in Environmental Science

  • Why does energy decrease at each level of a food chain?
  • How does fertiliser runoff kill fish in a lake?
  • What makes some gases trap more heat than others?

Questions

Asked, Answered

How does an AI visual teacher explain something as broad as climate change?

It breaks the topic into mechanisms and draws each one: radiation arrows for the greenhouse effect, a carbon cycle with sources and sinks, a graph of a feedback loop. You can stop at any arrow and ask what the evidence is.

Can it help with case studies and project work?

Upload your project brief, notes or a report as a PDF or image and the tutor teaches the underlying science and helps you structure the explanation. It can give a different framing on request, which is useful when you present your work.

Is it useful for exam revision in this subject?

Yes. Verified courses give a structured route, each lesson ends with a checkpoint question, and Test Lab provides server-graded tests from a question bank and AI-made tests on cycles, pollution and energy topics.
